Distinctive characteristics of this form:

has a line of advertising "FOR QUICK SERVICE ..." above the C of A heading and a line across the centre under the heading section "FOR INFORMATION ON ...";
has three advertisements on the reverse (printed in blue);
message area occupies only 36% of the form;
unlike the corresponding ordinary rate delivery form (AB-DO-6), there was only the one advertisement printed at the top. The "TELEGRAPH: THE RESULTS OF ONE .." slogan was not used.
